Every letter the association sends to the port authority, terminal operators, and government, and whether each body has responded.
We encourage all Canadians, and every organization that depends on this gateway, to read this correspondence. It shows how the trucking community struggles with port operations, and it puts the treatment of businesses by the container terminals, the Vancouver Fraser Port Authority, the BC Ministry of Transportation, and the Office of the BC Container Trucking Commissioner on the public record.
Where a letter shows no response, the addressed organization has not replied yet, or has chosen not to reply at all. The addressed are aware that pertinent correspondence is eventually made public.
